She was one of the earliest members of the leadership team that built and scaled Salesforce’s global shared services organization for over nearly a decade.
Before Salesforce, Connie spent almost eight years at Cisco, leading cross-functional transformation programs in Business Intelligence & Analytics within Cisco GBS and driving operational enablement for US & Canada Sales Operations. She began her career as a Senior Consultant at Trianz, delivering GTM analytics, customer data, and sales operations consulting.
Known for dialing up to strategy and down to operational detail exactly when needed, Connie’s deep expertise in digital transformation, GBS, process innovation, and change leadership will be invaluable as we scale Context66.
Sam led Enterprise Transformation & Global Business Services (GBS) at Salesforce for nearly a decade, scaling the organization and driving integrated global operations. Most recently, he served as the Global Chief Business Services Officer at Fresenius Medical Care, continuing his track record of executive leadership in enterprise-level operating models.
Before Salesforce, Sam spent four years at Microsoft leading Global Business Operations & Transformation, and over six years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise driving Global Operations and Supply Chain Transformation. His career is further rooted in strategic consulting, having guided business transformation and sourcing operations for major brands like Nike and Gap Inc.
With over 20 years of global leadership experience spanning from 50-person startups to 350K-employee public companies, Sam is known for translating complex vision into operational excellence. His deep expertise in digital transformation, global expansion, and AI strategy—alongside his roles as an advisory board member and keynote speaker—will be invaluable as we scale our operations.
With over 26 years of experience in the tech industry, Ankur most recently led the India Engineering team for the Azure AI Inferencing Platform at Microsoft, driving innovation in AI inferencing at scale. His team powered Azure Managed Online Endpoints, a robust platform that handles trillions of monthly requests and supports foundational and open-source models like ChatGPT with high throughput and reliability.
Previously, Ankur spearheaded engineering for Bing, Copilot, and Microsoft AI Platform India, delivering backend infrastructure with unmatched scale and efficiency for global products including Bing search and the Edge browser. Throughout his extensive career, his core focus has remained on enabling high-performance model hosting and advancing cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Known for his passion for building resilient cloud systems and fostering motivated, high-performing engineering organizations, Ankur is also the author of "Managing Teams in the age of AI". His deep expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud architecture, and technical leadership will be invaluable as we scale our operations.
